เงื่อนไขการรับประกัน BLAZEPOD

1. รับประกันสินค้า 1 ปี นับตั้งแต่วันที่ซื้อสินค้า

2. การรับประกันสินค้า จะรับประกันสินค้า ในกรณีที่สินค้า เกิดจากการชำรุดในการผลิตของทางโรงงาน ทางร้าน จะเปลี่ยนสินค้าในระยะเวลา 7 วัน หลังจากการตรวจสอบ สินค้าแล้วขึ้นอยู่กับกรณีต่างๆ เช่น

• ตัวสินค้าที่มีปัญหาต้องเกิดจากกระบวนการผลิต เท่านั้น ไม่ได้เกิดจากการใช้งานผิดวิธี
• สินค้าจะต้องส่งคืนพร้อมตัวที่ชำรุดและต้องอยู่ในสภาพที่สมบูรณ์ทุกชิ้น
• ทางเราจะไม่รับประกันสินค้า ที่เกิดจากความประมาทของผู้ใช้งาน โดยที่ไม่ได้ระมัดระวัง
• ทางเราจะไม่รับประกัน Single Pod เขี้ยวชาร์จยุบหรือหักเสียหาย หลังจากการใช้งานไปแล้ว 90 วัน
• การเปลี่ยนสินค้าใหม่ ระยะเวลาการรับประกัน 7 วันนับจากวันที่ซื้อครั้งแรก

3. การรับประกันนี้ จะรับประกันเฉพาะตัว Single Pod เท่านั้น ไม่รวมอุปกรณ์เสริมต่างๆ

4. กรณีการชำรุดเสียหายอันเนื่องมาจากอุบัติเหตุสาธารณภัย ภัยธรรมชาติหรือจากการใช้งานไม่ถูกต้องของผู้ซื้อ ทางเราจะไม่รับประกันสินค้า
